Bean Posted May 27, 2008 AUGUSTA, Maine - Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Commissioner, Roland "Dan" Martin announced today that the 2009 Moose Lottery will be held in Fort Kent. Also, Commissioner Martin said today that the 2010 Moose Lottery will be held at the L.L.
